Are you looking for a way to become involved in your child's school? Consider joining the Parent/Teacher Advisory Council (PTAC). The PTAC consists of parents/guardians/relatives, teachers, and the Principal. The PTAC is involved in making Robert Kerr Elementary School a wonderful place to teach, learn, and visit. This group is YOUR group and provides an opportunity for families to give their input and assist with school improvement, assemblies, fund raisers, talent shows, honors, and the purchasing of equipment and materials to improve the teaching/learning environment of Robert Kerr.
Remember, this is a group of fun, enthusiastic people who want to welcome YOU to become involved in YOUR school. Studies show that students who have parents involved in the school, perform better on a daily basis. They see that their education is important enough for their parents to be involved, and that causes them to take their education more seriously. Please consider joining the Parent/Teacher Advisory Council. We welcome aunts, uncles, grandparents, and foster parents as well.

Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of the month in the RKE library at 6:30 p.m. New members are always welcome!
